Terms of Service

General Information

- These are digital commissions. Therefore, you are only purchasing the digital file, and not the printed artwork.
- the prices seen on the commission journal are meant for commissions for personal-use only
- commercial commissions (including twitch emotes) will have different rates depending on the range usage rights
- I won’t draw in any other style than my own. Make sure it is what you’re looking for. If you have any question for a certain colouring style, you found in my gallery, feel free to ask.
- I’m free to not post your commission in my public gallery
- I reserve the rights to decline your commission, if I’m not comfortable with your request.
- Refunds: If you change your mind and want to cancel your order you'll get a max 75% refund. The refunds will be calculated depending on the progress of your order. No refunds once the commissions is finished.
- If I can't start your order due personal circumstance you'll get a full refund.
- If you wish for a private commission* you will be charged with a, non-refundable, 20% fee of the total price. If you want to make it public let me know, so I can also add it to my portfolio. This does not apply to orders that shall only be hold privately for a certain timespan, like keeping a character/design a secret till a certain date or until someone's birthday.
- Written descriptions as reference for commissions will add a 40% fee of the total price*private commission: A commission you wish not to be made public (internet, magazines, etc). That will only be seen by me, the artist and you, the commissioner.

Payment

- I accept PayPal, ko-fi, points and bank transfer (Germany only)
- small amounts will be preferable paid on ko-fi for non-Europeans (no account needed)
- payment plan accepted by frequent commissioners or people I know (+20%)
- do not send me any kind of payment before I haven’t accepted your commission
- PayPal:
- an invoice will be sent to your PayPal address. This will ensure your order placement and avoid any accidental transactions.
- Invoice’s currency will be in Euro
- I expect the invoice to be paid off within 3 days, if you can’t pay within these three days notify me so we can discuss on that topic. If I haven’t heard you within these three days I cancel the commission

Commission Progress

- Fill in the commission form and send a note/e-mail
- You’ll receive an estimate of how much your commission will cost. Reply if you agree or not. If I haven’t received an answer within a week I’ll take it as “not interested anymore”, but I’d prefer you tell me, if that’s the case.
- Once agreed, pay within 3 days after you received the invoice.
- As soon as I received the payment I’ll start sketching.
- Once done you receive the sketch to ask for changes if needed. (Small pose changes are ok) Answer within a week, else I’ll just continue with your commission.
- As soon as I start colouring, changes as in poses, expressions will cost a fee. If I missed a detail or the colour isn’t quite correct, you’re allowed to ask for changes (for free).
- If we agreed on a payment plan (+20%), you get a small preview of your commissioned piece as soon as it's done. Before receiving the full version you have to pay off the invoice.
- You’ll receive two versions of your commission a high and low resolution via stash or e-mail
- high resolution: Full resolution as stated in the commission info. No watermark. You’ll receive the png-file by default, if you haven’t requested any other file format. I won’t give out my psd-files. You can use this version as banner/background/icon but don't upload this version directly onto your gallery/social media.
- Low resolution: Usually a jpg-file if it has no transparent background. Else png. With Watermark. Use this if you like to upload your commission to your gallery/social media.
- Make sure to save your commission. I can’t guarantee that the link will always be obtainable. You can still contact me anytime to get another copy of your commission.Exception: Peanuts, Minis and Emergency commissions do not have a sketch phase. Changes only possible when there is a mistake in the design.

Copyright/Usage Policy

- As the artist/creator, I hold every right to do whatever I wish with the commissioned artwork.
- That includes posting and displaying it on my social media and portfolio, using it as an example for future commissions and self-promoting. Excluding selling artworks that contain your OCs.
- As the commissioner you can print your artwork, make merchandise for personal-use and not for sale. You can also use it to decorate your websites like header and profile. Make sure to give credits to me.
- You are never allowed to
- Remove my watermark or signature
- Commercially reproduce
- Modify, trace or use my work without my permissionBy purchasing any of my services, you are automatically accepting my ToS and obliged to follow them. You know that violating against the TOS will have consequences.

Additional info:With ordering a commission you automatically accept the Terms of Service and verify that the commission(s) you are purchasing are 100% voluntary.
